• The Diploma Supplement (DE) is a document that is given together with the higher education diploma and covers the education level, content and status in a standard way.

Diploma Supplement (DE) is a complementary and explanatory document given by Higher Education Institutions in addition to the diploma.

Blue Diploma (Diploma Supplement) is given automatically and free of charge to all associate, undergraduate, graduate, doctorate or proficiency in arts students graduating from Balıkesir University, together with their diplomas.

WHO CAN GET BLUE DIPLOMA (DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT)?

Pursuant to the “Diploma and Diploma Supplement Regulation” of Balıkesir University, all students are awarded a Blue Diploma (Diploma Supplement) with their diplomas. The Blue Diploma (Diploma Supplement) is an addition to the higher education diploma and cannot be used instead of the diploma. In the diploma supplement, there is the name, surname and signature of the Registrar's Office in the lower left corner, and the hologram of the University in the lower right corner. The diploma supplement and the signature on it are printed on the computer.
